We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final once your order has been placed and delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all product categories without exception.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All purchases are final.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you still have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as required by law. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.
